An offset glass shower door set in solid 304 stainless steel: an ‘L’ handle with both ends squared on the outside face and an ‘I’ towel bar inside, fixed through the glass with a 2″ (51 mm) projection per side, in 18-1/2″, 24-1/2″ and 30-1/2″ lengths and 18″, 24″ or 30″ center-to-center heights. The ‘L’ handle is squared at both ends, matching JWL’s L-series thru-bolt door handles, so the shower hardware lines up with the rest of the house. The ‘I’ towel bar inside is a straight bar with squared ends. Both use the 1″ x 1/2″ D-profile bar, hand-welded, in Brushed, Polished, Matte Black, Satin Brass PVD or White.
The two elements install as one offset assembly through the glass; connection hardware is included. Select the center-to-center height (18″, 24″ or 30″) to match the hole pattern on the DWG file, and have the glass drilled before tempering. Suitable for 3/8″ and 1/2″ (10–12 mm) tempered glass. Optional backplates raise projection to 2 3/8″ (60 mm) per side.

Match the center-to-center (18″, 24″ or 30″) to the vertical spacing of the holes in your glass, then choose the overall length (18-1/2″, 24-1/2″ or 30-1/2″) to suit the door height. On a typical 72″–80″ frameless shower door, 24″ C/C with the 24-1/2″ length is the most common combination.
The set is intended for 3/8″ and 1/2″ (10–12 mm) tempered glass, which is the standard for frameless shower enclosures, and connection hardware for the glass is included. Thinner framed-shower glass or thicker architectural panels should be confirmed with JWL before ordering. Holes must be cut before tempering; do not drill tempered glass.
Choose L+I when you want the shower handle to match squared-end hardware elsewhere — JWL L-series door handles and L cabinet pulls — or prefer a fully rectilinear look. Choose J+I if you want the J return set clear of where the hand grips the door. Both sets share the same sizes, finishes and price.
All five finishes are applied to solid 304 stainless steel. Brushed and Polished are bare stainless and the easiest to keep clean in constant humidity. Matte Black, White and Satin Brass PVD are coated; they perform well when dried after use and cleaned without abrasives or chlorine.
