Description
A matched pair of solid white oak or walnut handles mounted back-to-back through 3/8″ or 1/2″ tempered glass or a 3/4″–2 1/4″ wood door, each seated on a stainless steel backplate. Total projection is 2 3/8″ (60 mm) per side including the backplate. Choose a D or Round profile, narrow (12–24″ c/c) or wide (18–30″ c/c), and one of five backplate finishes. Specified for glass entry and office doors, barn doors, appliance panels, and any swing door that needs a full-length grip on both faces. Made in Vancouver, BC.

D profile or Round profile?
Same price, same lengths, different section. The D profile has a flat back and rounded face — the wood counterpart to JWL’s ‘I’ and ‘L’ stainless bar pulls and the cleaner line on glass. The Round profile is a full-radius bar with a softer hand feel, matching the ‘J’ series. Wide bars are the usual choice for back-to-back doors because the handle takes the door’s weight on every pull; narrow bars suit lighter interior and appliance doors.
Installation
The pair clamps through the door with the included hardware: 3/8" and 1/2" (10–12 mm) tempered glass with the supplied gaskets, or 3/4"–2 1/4" wood doors. No fasteners are visible on either face; the backplates seat the wood against the door and protect the surface. For glass, confirm hole placement with the CAD file before the glazier drills. Finish guidance
Backplates are solid stainless steel in the same five finishes as every JWL metal series, so a walnut handle on Satin Brass PVD plates will match Satin Brass PVD cabinet pulls in the same room. Clear-finish wood arrives sealed and ready to install; uncoated arrives raw for site-finishing. Custom oak stains available.

How far does a back-to-back wood handle set project from the door?
2 3/8 inches (60 mm) on each side, measured from the face of the door to the outside of the handle and including the stainless steel backplate. That is 3/8″ more than a single-sided JWL handle because of the backplate.
Can this set be installed on a glass door?
Yes. The back-to-back mount clamps through a single hole in 3/8″ and 1/2″ (10–12 mm) tempered glass (gaskets included; holes must be cut before tempering), or wood doors 3/4″ to 2 1/4″ thick. The backplates protect the door surface and are supplied in your choice of five stainless finishes.
Which backplate finish should I choose?
Match the backplate to the other metal in the room: Brushed or Polished for stainless appliances, Matte Black for black fixtures, Satin Brass PVD for warm brass or bronze schemes, White for painted millwork. All five finishes are included in the price.
Do I get two matching handles?
Yes. The set includes two identical wood handles (same wood, profile and length), two backplates, and the through-fixing hardware.
