An offset glass shower door set in solid 304 stainless steel: a ‘J’ handle on the outside face and an ‘I’ towel bar on the inside, fixed through the glass with a 2″ (51 mm) projection per side, in 18-1/2″, 24-1/2″ and 30-1/2″ lengths and 18″, 24″ or 30″ center-to-center heights. It suits frameless shower enclosures and wet rooms where the grip and the towel rail sit at different heights. Designed and assembled in Vancouver, BC; in-stock orders ship in 1–3 workdays.

Offset means the handle and towel bar do not share one centreline: the ‘J’ handle (one rounded end, one squared) is set at hand height outside, and the straight ‘I’ towel bar is set where a towel hangs inside. Both are 1″ x 1/2″ D-profile bar, hand-welded, in Brushed, Polished, Matte Black, Satin Brass PVD or White.
The handle and towel bar mount as one assembly through holes in the glass, with connection hardware included. Choose the length and the center-to-center height (18″, 24″ or 30″) to match the drilling pattern on the DWG file before the glass is tempered. Suitable for 3/8″ and 1/2″ (10–12 mm) tempered glass. Optional backplates raise projection to 2 3/8″ (60 mm) per side.
Rinse and dry after showering; clean with mild soap and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive pads or chlorine-based cleaners, especially on the coated finishes. Length is the overall handle and towel bar size (18-1/2″, 24-1/2″ or 30-1/2″); center-to-center is the vertical distance between the two glass holes (18″, 24″ or 30″). Pick the C/C to match your glass drilling, then the length in proportion to the door. The DWG file shows both dimensions for each option.
The J+I offset set is intended for 3/8″ and 1/2″ (10–12 mm) tempered glass, the standard range for frameless shower doors. Connection hardware for the glass is included. Contact JWL before ordering if your panel is outside that range. Holes must be cut before tempering; do not drill tempered glass.
Both put an ‘I’ towel bar inside the shower. The J+I set has a handle with one rounded end and one squared end outside; the L+I set has a handle with both ends squared. Choose J for a softer edge where the hand lands, L for a fully squared look that matches JWL L-series door handles elsewhere.
The set ships in a single finish — Brushed, Polished, Matte Black, Satin Brass PVD or White. For a two-tone look, JWL sells optional colour-matched or split-finish backplates separately, which sit between the hardware and the glass and add 3/8″ to the projection on each side.
