Are these JWL-owned showrooms?
No. All five locations are independent decorative hardware showrooms that stock JWL samples and sell JWL products alongside other brands. JWL Hardware itself is based at 384-8250 Manitoba St., Vancouver, BC and sells online; it does not operate a public retail showroom.
Which finishes and sizes can I see in a showroom?
Displays vary by dealer. Most show the stainless steel finishes (Brushed, Polished, Matte Black, Satin Brass PVD, White) and white oak or walnut wood samples, but not every length. Call the showroom first, or request free finish chip samples through JWL’s samples page if you are a trade office.
Can I buy JWL handles at the showroom?
Yes. Each partner showroom can quote and order JWL handles and pulls for you, and JWL recommends designers near a showroom order through it. Orders ship from Vancouver, BC in 1–3 workdays when in stock. You can also order directly at jwlhome.com in USD or CAD.
I am not near a showroom. How do I see the product?
Order online and, for trade offices, request complimentary finish chip samples or discounted full-size samples from jwlhome.com/hardware-samples-for-door-handles-and-cabinet-pulls/. Each product page also has DWG, 3D and PDF spec sheets showing profile, projection (2″ for door handles, 1″ for pulls) and hole spacing.
Can my showroom stock JWL?

Showroom accounts receive display samples, fast response times and the JWL warranty on all products.
