A stainless steel cabinet pull, hand-welded from solid 304 stainless: a straight bar with both ends squared and no return, thru-front mounted and projecting 1″ (25 mm), in four sizes: 128, 192, 256 and 320 mm center to center (5″, 7.5″, 10″ and 12-5/8″). The ‘I’ is the most minimal of the three JWL cabinet pull profiles and uses the common metric hole spacing. Measure existing holes before ordering: ‘I’ spacing is 128/192/256/320 mm, the common metric standard. As a rule of thumb, keep the pull at one-third to one-half of the front width and step sizes within the series, so one profile covers a whole kitchen.
The ‘I’ profile is a straight bar with both ends cut square and no return to the door, so nothing projects beyond the 1″ stand-off. The bar section is 1/2″ x 1/4″, hand-welded from solid 304 stainless steel. It is the most minimal of the three JWL cabinet pull profiles and suits flat-front, handleless-look millwork where the pull should read as a single line.
Two 1 7/8″ break-off 8-32 screws are included with each pull. Drill two 5 mm holes at the center-to-center spacing of the size ordered (128, 192, 256 or 320 mm), snap each screw at the groove closest to the front thickness, and tighten from inside the drawer or door. Standard 3/4″ (19 mm) fronts need no extra hardware; for unusually thick fronts, buy longer 8-32 machine screws locally. DWG, 3D and PDF spec sheet downloads are on the page.
128 mm (5″) suits upper cabinets, small drawers and vanity doors. 192 mm (7.5″) suits standard drawer banks, base cabinet doors and pantry doors. 256 mm (10″) suits pot drawers, wide base cabinets and dishwasher panels. 320 mm (12-5/8″) suits the widest drawers, integrated fridge fronts and appliance panels. All four share the same 1″ projection, 1/2″ x 1/4″ bar section and five finishes, so you can mix sizes across one kitchen without a visible change in profile.
Yes if the existing holes are 128, 192, 256 or 320 mm apart, the common metric standard used by most cabinet makers. Hole diameter should be about 3/16″ (5 mm) for the included 8-32 screws. If your fronts were drilled in inches (for example 5″ or 7.5″), check JWL’s ‘J’ or ‘L’ cabinet pull, which uses inch spacing.
Projection is 1″ (25 mm) from the front face to the outside of the bar on every size, with roughly 3/4″ of finger clearance behind it. That is low enough to clear most fridge and dishwasher doors and to avoid clashing at inside corners, but check corner cabinets where two fronts meet at 90 degrees.

Loved the hardware but two of the pieces cam warped and could not be straightened. The installers put them up without noticing or I would have asked for a return but now there are holes in my cabinets that won't align with staight hardware:(
