Who can request free finish chip samples?
Interior designers, architects and hardware showrooms building an in-house sample library. Chips are limited to one of each finish per design office or showroom, with shipping included. JWL may ask for verification of trade status, such as a company website, before the chips are sent.
Which finishes come as chip samples?
Stainless steel in Brushed, Polished, Matte Black, Satin Brass PVD and White, and wood in White Oak clear coat, Walnut clear coat and Oak black stain. These are the finishes used across JWL door handles, glass door handles, appliance handles and cabinet pulls, so one chip set covers the range.
Are full-size samples refundable?
Cabinet pull samples returned in original condition are fully refundable, with one pull type and finish per order. On a first door handle sample order JWL waives the restocking fee and pays return shipping; order one finish type and length to stay refund-eligible. Later sample orders carry the standard restocking fee.
Can homeowners request samples?
Finish chips and discounted full-size samples are for trade and vendor accounts. Homeowners can see the finishes in person at one of the partner showrooms listed on the Showrooms page, or order a stock handle or pull from any product page and return it under the standard return policy.
How fast do samples ship?
In-stock samples ship in 1-3 workdays from Vancouver, BC to Canada and the United States. Finish chips ship with shipping included; full-size samples use the standard shipping rates, free shipping over $500. Custom lengths and finishes are not available as samples.
