Choose the Backplate Set With End Caps for a Single Handle / Towel Bar when the hardware has two fixing points, such as an I, J or U glass door handle. Choose the set for a Single Pull when you are fitting one JWL glass door knob. Each set covers one piece of hardware on one panel.

Do these backplates work on a swinging glass door?

They are intended for a single-sided handle on a fixed or sliding glass panel. For a swing door with handles on both faces, use the single-or-back-to-back backplate kit, which includes four backplates for a pair of handles. The glass thickness range is set by the handle’s connection hardware, not the backplate.

Can the backplates be a different finish from the handle?

Yes. Order color-matched to the handle or as a split finish, for example a Polished handle with Matte Black backplates. All five finishes are available: Brushed, Polished, Matte Black, Satin Brass PVD and White. Ordering handle and backplates together keeps the finish batches consistent.

Are backplates included with JWL glass door handles?
