JWL Hardware trade accounts are for interior designers, architects, millworkers, cabinet shops, glass installers, contractors and hardware showrooms in Canada and the US. Approved accounts get a percentage off retail pricing on all stainless steel and wood door handles and cabinet pulls, free finish chip samples, wood samples, 50% off full-size cabinet pull samples and a waived restocking fee on a first door handle sample order. Who qualifies for a JWL trade account?
Interior designers, architects, millworkers, cabinet shops, glass installers, contractors and hardware showrooms in Canada and the United States qualify. JWL may ask for verification of trade status, such as a company website or business registration, before approving trade pricing or shipping samples.
How much is the trade discount?
Trade accounts receive a percentage off JWL retail (MSRP) pricing; the exact percentage is confirmed when your account is approved. Showroom and vendor accounts that stock the JWL line receive wholesale pricing. Large quantity orders may receive additional price breaks on a case-by-case basis.
How do I apply for trade pricing?
Fill in the trade application at jwlhome.com/wholesale-registration-page/ with your email, name, company, title, phone, mailing and billing addresses and website. JWL reviews the application and emails you when trade pricing is active on your account. Showroom inquiries can also email [email protected].
Do trade accounts get samples?
Yes. Design offices and showrooms can request free finish chip samples (one per finish, shipping included) in all five stainless finishes and three wood finishes. Verified trade accounts get 50% off full-size cabinet pull samples, and a waived restocking fee plus paid return shipping on a first door handle sample order.
What are lead times and shipping for trade orders?
In-stock handles and pulls ship in 1–3 workdays from Vancouver, BC to Canada and the US, free on orders over $500. Custom wood lengths take 3 weeks with a 10-unit minimum; custom wood finishes take 6–8 weeks with a 50-unit minimum. Custom orders are prepaid and non-refundable.
