Description
A wide-profile solid wood door handle for appliance panels, barn doors and swing doors — the warm alternative to stainless in a kitchen that already has enough metal in it. Designed in Vancouver by JWL and made to the same tolerances as the steel range, so it can sit on an integrated fridge panel without looking like a different product.

Where it works
Wood handles earn their place on panelled appliance fronts and on barn doors, where the handle is large enough to read as a piece of the joinery rather than a fitting attached to it. On a fridge panel finished in timber, a wood handle removes the last piece of visual hardware from the elevation entirely.
Choosing between the two profiles
This is the wide profile. JWL also makes a narrow version for doors where a lighter line suits better — the narrow one tends to go on dishwasher and cabinet panels, the wide one on full-height fridge and barn doors.
