Description

A full-length single-sided ‘U’ glass door towel bar handle, hand-welded in solid 304 stainless steel, thru-glass mounted with a matching back cap, 2″ (51 mm) projection, in 18″, 24″ and 30″ center-to-center lengths. The bar is both the grip that opens the door and the rail that holds the towel, on shower doors, swing doors and glass screens. Installation

What is the difference between this and the 3-inch U handle?

Both are single-sided ‘U’ handles in 304 stainless with a back cap. This page is the full-length version in 18″, 24″ and 30″ center-to-center sizes that doubles as a towel bar. The 3-inch version is a short grip with no towel capacity, for doors where a bar would be in the way.

Which length should I order?

Choose by door width: 18″ C/C for doors under about 26″, 24″ C/C for 26″–32″ doors, 30″ C/C for doors 34″ and wider. Overall lengths are 1/2″ longer than the center-to-center figure. All three lengths hold a bath towel.

What glass thickness does it fit?

This handle fits 3/8″ and 1/2″ (10–12 mm) tempered glass; gaskets are included. Holes must be cut before tempering — do not drill tempered glass. Send the CAD and PDF spec sheet to your glazier before the glass is ordered.

Can I match it to other JWL hardware?
